Pre-insulated junction sleeves:weather resistant polymer,the sealing ring color coded to easier identify the cross sections

 These pre-insulated aluminium sleeves are suitable for insulated stranded aluminium conductors .Stripped cables are inserted up to the block in the connector.Crimping according to the marks with crimping die over the insulation.The electrical contact and the sealing by the ring are achieved during the crimp process.Uniform connector length was about 70mm.MJPB suitable for aluminium conductors up to 35mm² and copper conductors up to 16mm².Sealing ring color coded to easier identify the cross sections.Inner aluminium sleeve filled with contact grease.Insulation material made of weather resistant polymer.The sleeve was made of Al-99.5%.
